If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn, unwashed product within 30 days of ordering for a refund. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the purchase price. If you cannot provide proof of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, for any unworn and unwashed items you wish to return, you will receive an in-house credit for the value of the current listed price for that product. No returns will be accepted on products that are known to have been discontinued or out of stock for more than 30 days. Sale items and swim items are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Something doesn’t fit or you accidentally ordered the wrong color? If you need to exchange your items, you can exchange any unworn, unwashed product within 30 days of ordering. Your new item(s) will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of your return. Proof of purchase must be included in your return.

We take pride in our production and inspection process, and hope that nothing damaged or defective ever leaves our warehouse. However, if this happens, please email us photos of the defect or damage within 30 days of ordering. Once the images are reviewed, any damaged or defective items will be replaced as quickly as possible. If the item is out of stock, we will allow the customer to select a different item of equal value. Damaged or defective items are not eligible for a refund, and will be replaced instead. If upon receipt of the non-damaged item, you wish to return or exchange the product, you can follow the above procedures to do so. Returns or exchanges of replacement products must happen within 15 days of receipt of the replacement, or 30 days of original order, whichever is longer.

Any items that are purchased at a Amanda Joy event such as a warehouse sale are subject to the terms of sale of the event, and not the terms of sale of the website. Amanda Joy will not honor returns or exchanges on products sold by a third party affiliate. Third party purchases are subject to terms of sale set by third party.
